The Bota Pin is an ultra-compact wearable AI recorder designed for all-day conversation capture. It clips onto clothing or attaches magnetically, making it ideal for field sales, mobile healthcare, and everyday productivity.

Connectivity

The Bota Pin supports all four Bota upload methods:

Method	Description
BLE Sync	Transfer recordings to mobile app via Bluetooth, app uploads to cloud
Wi-Fi Direct	Peer-to-peer Wi-Fi transfer to mobile app for fast bulk sync
WiFi Upload	Upload recordings directly to cloud over Wi-Fi
4G Upload	Upload recordings directly to cloud over cellular network

The device self-manages its connections and falls back automatically based on configured preferences. See the Connectivity guide for details.

Usage

Power On — Press and hold the button for 2 seconds. LED pulses blue.
Start Recording — Single press the button. LED turns solid red.
Stop Recording — Single press again. LED returns to pulsing blue.
Sync — Recordings sync automatically via Bluetooth to the mobile app, or upload directly over 4G if configured.

Device Management — Register, bind, and configure devices
Streaming Upload — Upload audio chunks while recording
Cellular Mode — Autonomous 4G operation
