end_users:read, or the same EndUser’s token. The EndUser
must still be active in the authenticated project; device, upload and completion
credentials are refused. Responses use Cache-Control: no-store.
The document contains its title, exact UTF-8 content_text, SHA-256
content_sha256, source URL and nullable effective_at. Published snapshots
cannot be updated, deleted or truncated. This read creates no presentation
or acceptance event.
For revision 2026-10-14, effective_at is null: the public last-updated
date does not establish a historical legal effective date. Do not substitute
the version string for a missing effective date.
Use the version and hash in an
event to collect its corresponding
historical wording. Only the
current document can be presented or accepted
through the receipt endpoints; submitting a historical version returns 409.Authorizations
API key (sk_live_, sk_test_, rk_), device token (dtok_), or command-bound reset completion credential (rct_*; exact factory-reset ACK only)
